For months now, I note that non-acidic Vitamin C alone helps me keep slim and fit. I take no other slimming supplements--I've stopped taking Optrimax Plums--but I stay in my ideal body figure and weight. Prior to taking non-acidic Vitamin C, eating regular meals made me gain weight and especially added inches around the tummy.
My problem then was a bulging tummy with ugly love handles on my sides. No matter how hard I worked out, the bulge and the handle stayed there. But then I tried Optrimax Plum Delite and Vital-C non-acidic Vitamin C sodium ascorbate and I started slimming down. I aided that with regular workouts so that today I have an athletic body with lean muscles in the right places. I perform better with my athletic activities, too.
Because I seemed to be getting slimmer, I stopped Optrimax Plums and maintained my Vital-C Vitamin C (plus workouts). My body now stays fit and trim, no matter if I sometimes eat a lot, especially with the delicious cooking of my wife. I also note how my wife has lost some weight with Vital-C, though she needs to complement that with workouts.
Vitamin C really helps burn body fat if you take enough doses each day--coupled by regular workouts. You cannot, however, do this with synthetic Vitamin C which cannot be taken more than once a day--it will turn your stomach and body acidic. Vital-C Vitamin C sodium ascorbate is not acidic and is in fact alkaline, making possible even 3 to 6 times a day intake. Why 3 to 6 times a day? I'll tell you in one of our coming articles.
Many people do not realize why Vitamin C once-a-day intake is not enough for today's kind of exposure to pollution, stress, and toxins in food and water--aside from the kind of fatty food mostly available to us today.
