How Normal Health Makes You Weigh Normally

Actually, keeping your weight normal is easy--if you maintain normal health. Normal health makes everything in your body system function well, especially your metabolism and digestion. You won't have to lose weight or take pills for that or workout extra hard. Everything will be a regular, everyday thing.

This means you go back to the basics--maintain normal, good health. This means you eat balanced (not go on strict diets), workout just enough (don't do extra-hard workouts), be happy (stress-free as much as possible), and relax and rest well (trash workaholic ideas). This constitutes normal living. If you can go back to this, you'd have no problems with health and weight loss.

These are what you need to get rid of because they are stupid additions to normal living:

  • Staying out late at night
  • Watching late TV shows
  • Drinking soda, softdrink, energy drinks, and other artificial beverages
  • Eating fast food (which are heavy on carbohydrates)
  • Staying idle all day
  • Canned and processed meats and other food
  • Smoking
  • Walking less
Modern living has also taken out of our daily lives the following activities which are important:
  • Walking more instead of riding all the time
  • Taking the stairs
  • Drinking more water
  • Sweating (too much air-conditioning)
  • Cooking at home
  • Traditional food preparation
  • Family sports (kicked out by gadgets)
Spending time at the gym without having a total turn around in lifestyle, particularly going back to the basics, is useless. To have normal health and weight, everything should go back to normal.
