Like, a cup gives you about 3 grams of fiber, and that's some 12 percent of the fiber you need daily.

More fibers help tremendously to your weight loss--and your no-diet slimming goals. Fibers give you a feeling of tummy fullness so that you stop eating when you think you're "full." Fibers also quicken food processing and movement in your digestive tract. And taking soy milk to lose weight gives you added benefits--especially if your tummy cannot tolerate dairy milk.

Milk fat is highly saturated and is likely to collect deposits. So you're better off drinking soy milk.
