Eat anything, okay?

But you should get this important tip (aside from eating anything in right proportions)--eat veggies first. Each meal, you should have a veggie and fruit foundation in your stomach. Fill it up with tasty, crunchy, fresh veggies and fruits--better if they're rich in dietary fibers.

Then, eat what you want.

Then, brisk walk each early morning after your 3-glass water therapy.

Do all the above regularly--in fact, all your life.

The routine will slim you down sooner or later. Well, in my case, it's sooner.

And in my case, I add freshly squeezed dalandan orange (until my tall glass gets filled up) and I drink that. No water or sugar added. Why dalandan? It's so cheap. Buy ten pieces for just P15 or P20. And you see fresh dalandan oranges anywhere in the city.

Slimming is really easy for most people--if they get serious about it.
