Lose, Gain Weight
I started being vegetarian-pescatarian two years ago-this means I have been without meat for two years except eat some fish and seafood--and I lost a lot of weight. From almost 180 pounds I was down to 150 and maintained that weight. So go vegetarian-pescatarian if you want to lose weight.
But I became scared about how I looked. I looked skinny. You know the feeling when you go out there in a jungle of a city where bullies and crooks abound, and you're skinny? You don't look like you mean business when you're angry because you're skinny. I didn't like the feeling.
Anyway, because my vitals were good and I had a clean bill of health, I started eating to gain some weight back. I was careful not to overeat. I just had enough to put on some good weight. I didn't want my face looking old and thin and skull-like. I started eating more fish and some beef. Just small pieces of beef, especially goat meat. Well, I also began tasting pork now and then.
By the way, have you tried Nutrimeal? It's the perfect (delicious!) supplement meal if you plan on skipping meals to lose weight. It's a low-glycemic meal formula packed with fibers and protein to keep you active and yet losing weight. Click here for more.
Recently, I weighed myself and got 165. I have to get rid of the extra 5 pounds because I'm targeting 160 for my 5-foot-6-inch height--and because I'm a bit of a martial arts athletic. I got to have some muscle power behind my punches. And another thing, having enough bulk makes you scary enough to make street bullies think thrice before they'd want to pull one on you.
You understand, right?
Well, much later, I saw something intriguing that made me go back to my no-diet slim principle. It's good to be vegetarian now and then, or to eat more veggies and fruits, but fish and meat have to stay in your diet. Or at least, eat them now and then after your vegetarian sched. Just make sure they're organic and not processed.
Jesus ate beef. I'm sure he was, of all people, a health buff because godliness includes physical health. God said in the bible not to destroy the temple of the Holy Spirit, and the human body is that temple. So I'm pretty sure Jesus was a health buff. And he ate beef, especially during Passover meals, though I also do not buy that he was a meat lover. Because Proverbs 23.20 says "Do not join those who drink too much wine or gorge themselves on meat." So Jesus must have ate just enough meat. With fish, he was a sure fish eater.
So, I'm back to that--no need for extreme diets. Just eat. Well, eat balanced, not really diet.

How a Wrong Shopping Mindset Makes You Fat and How Enjoyment Counters It
![]() |
You know what I noticed? Everything was belly-fat inducing--tempting chicken skin, oily chicken meat, liberal gravy servings, softdrinks, floats, white bread, mashed potatoes thick with butter and topped with more gravy sauce, and even the yogurt shake was sugar rich. Hmm, isn't anything healthy sold around here? I asked myself.
Carbs in the forms above are sure to give you more belly fat that stubbornly sticks round your tummy like rugby. And after eating, because of your exhaustion from shopping (actually from walking around looking for the lowest prices), you're apt to just go to bed and watch TV when you get home. I think nobody exercises after shopping in the evening and with a full stomach. Well, sometimes I manage a round with my chest expander after shopping like that and before bed.
Wrong Shopping Mindset
Most people think shopping around and walking for a mile or two doing so is equal to exercise. They think it does their health good and makes them burn fat. Quite the contrary. Shopping while scouting to look for a good buy with the right price is exhausting--that means you're over stressed. And over stressed makes your metabolism work super slow. And then you eat a lot of carbs because you're tired and hungry--and food high in carbs is so tempting when you're starved! And foods high in carbs are the only food offered by fast-food stores because they sell like crazy! It's like a conspiracy and you're the victim.
Just imagine--you hunt for the clothes or shoes that fit well and cost cheap--what could be more stressing? And then you try to explain to sales ladies what exactly you want--and they take several minutes going back and forth showing you samples with different sizes before they finally hit the right one (that's stressful) only to find it doesn't fit when you try it in the fitting cubicle. And then you're back on square one.
You walk around, go up and down the escalators, until your feet hurt. That's not to mention the long line you have to wait at the cashier.
All that stress doesn't equate to exercise. It's plain exhaustion and distress, nothing more, and it sets you up for more weight gain.
Right Shopping Mindset
The trick here is to relax while shopping. If you can do that (like I can) then you've solved the problem 50 percent. How do I do that? With this mindset: "So what if I don't get the right item at the right price?" And make sure you walk that talk. Sure, you do your best to scout for the right buy. But if it doesn't work, why kill yourself over it? It's just shopping. It's not the end of the world. And make sure you enjoy every part of it. And don't rush.
Next trick is to eat light. You don't have to indulge with food just because you're exhausted. You can reward yourself with simple food--and choose less oily and less "carby" ones. I often take sugarcane juice or carrot juice sweetened with sugarcane juice (Aah! What could be better-tasting?). It's tummy filling, refreshing, energizing and yet rich in fibers and other nutrients--guaranteed to take off some fat instead of add them.
Or, if there's no such thing as sugarcane juice in the mall, I opt for less servings. Yes, you may eat fried chicken or whatever is your favorite, but eat minimal. Yup, we're for no-diet slim, but with distress working in you, you have to watch out and get smart. And when you get home, do some relaxing exercises like jogging in place, some stretching, perhaps a few pushups and slow crunches while watching TV. Nothing muscle straining--just something to workout your metabolism. Then go to sleep and don't think about midnight snacks.
The next day, breakfast time, forget about diets. Just eat. Get it? (I mean, the tradition here on No-Diet Slim is that forgetting about diet means you forget about crash, rigid, or starving diets but you eat balanced).
Thanking God for Fitness and Health
Exercising first thing in the morning is the best! Don't workout yet--just do some 30 push-ups or some sets of chest expander. And then proceed to your water therapy. About 30 minutes after, eat your fruits and then take your Vital-C. After a few minutes come breakfast which is usually boiled egg, soya curd or taho, and some bread or rice cake (my favorite), or else fish, veggies and rice. Breakfast is vital. I follow this regimen in the morning. Later in the day, I workout. I thank God for fitness and health!
I can't forget the time when I thought my working-out lifestyle had ended--merely walking up the stairs was a struggle for me, what more working out? A push-up or a squat made me dizzy, catching my breath and becoming terribly weak. It went on for years that I thought I had to say good bye to my former athletic life. When I was younger I had been so athletic and could perform tremendous feats. I'd been a deadly martial artist. And then the ailment.
I kept praying to God to give me back my athletic lifestyle, to no avail. It seemed unanswered for years and years and I even seemed to be getting worse. And then the time of His grace came, at last. I'm now back to my athletic life. Really, I thank God for fitness and health!
And if you think you're a hopeless case where weight loss is concerned, you're wrong. Just keep praying about it to God--the author of Life, including our body science--not stopping in finding ways to get your ideal weight and shape no matter your age, never giving up. If you feel down at times and so discouraged and going further seem pointless, you can talk to me using the Contact Form. I can be your online fitness companion or friend or coach--something like that.
By God's grace, I aim to age fitly and healthily like Moses and Caleb were. Both came to a ripe old age still athletic, strong and healthy. Moses was still climbing up and down Mount Sinai at 80 plus and Caleb was fighting wars with the same age. If you read Psalm 18, it has lots of verses showing how God is a fitness and health Coach or Trainer--even training the psalmist's hands and feet in battle--probably Israelite martial arts.
To enjoy fitness and health with age, you need to eat healthily, workout regularly, and go on taking health supplements like Vital-C. In case you over-ate, you can take Optrimax Plum Delite (plus Vital-C) to regulate body fat storage. Or you can try Vital-C and MX3-Plus--they're effective together. I call them dynamic duo.
Then, when you have achieved your targeted weight and figure, the more you can thank God like I'm doing.
Health and Fitness: Taken for Granted Until A Serious Ailment Hits You
They just keep smoking cigarettes or eating fatty food or neglecting exercise or living a stressful life--until one day they feel something different and have a check up and the doctor says something is seriously wrong with them. Then they start taking their health and fitness seriously--but sadly, it'd be a bit late by then because the ailment has already taken some foothold.
So, you have maintenance medicine and a long list of dos and donts. And it's amazing how people only start getting serious with their health once they get to this point. You see them taking their medicine and watching what they eat, saying they're now "health conscious."
But some are hopelessly stubborn. Even after getting warnings from their doctors, they just live the same undisciplined lives. They even laugh at those who are health conscious, philosophizing that we're all going to die anyway, so why fuss on health? They feel smart saying that.
But health and fitness is more than just preventing ailments and maintenance medicines. It's first and foremost, loving God (because our bodies are His temple), then stewardship, then love for our families. Stewardship because we are entrusted our bodies, and the bible says "no one hates his own body, but he or she feeds and cares for it" [Eph.5.29]. And if we love our families we won't want them to be burdened with our unhealthy condition and its dire consequences.
There's more to health and fitness than meets the eye.
A really smart guy would do everything before the bad comes, and much more, before the worse comes. Most people understand this when it comes to money. They appreciate folks who earn money to meet future emergencies. But they cannot apply that to health and fitness. A lot of people think anything about health is just a waste of time or added expense. I see this when I sell my health supplements. Most people mock and throw all my health infos in the trash bin.
But they have time and money for their vices--just watch them smoke one stick of cigarette after another. And when they finally get the deadly "C" ailment, they look very pathetically repentant--especially when you see them thin and gradually being eaten by the disease.
It's wisdom to invest in health through healthy food, lifestyle, exercise and health supplements. If we can't get this basic thing right, how can we get the deeper things in life in a right way?

Stress More, Eat More, Weigh More
Get Rid of the Stress Mess
You want more? Stress more. You want less?
Stress less.
I need to emphasize the effects of stress in
excess weight gain because stress is among the top causes of obesity, not
eating. Stress is what makes the balancing act of the body go berserk so that
you store more fat than you eliminate, you store more fat than you need.
Without the stress factor, your body will just do everything in balance--take
what it needs and trash what it doesn't.
Stress causes overeating. Now, overeating is a
culprit but it happens because of stress. Some misinterpret this altogether and
think eating makes them fat. So they eat less. But the stress stays on, and
they wonder why they keep getting bigger despite their strict, punishing diets.
Do you realize that even with so little food left in your rigid diet, stress
can still make you fat?
Because for sure, sooner or later, you're going
to break lose from that strict diet of yours and steal food. And that opens the
Pandora's Box, lets lose all the fattening demons imaginable, and soon you're
back to your overeating habit before you know it--and you just see yourself out
of control. Without stress, it's okay to give yourself a treat now and then,
eat your favorite fatty food dishes for one meal. But with stress?
Diet and fitness gurus sometimes allow their
clients to feast on certain days, like once a week, and that for just a meal.
It's okay, as long as you go back to the slimming routine the next day. And
some people can manage that--especially the fitness gurus, because they
understand that effects of too much stress. Without stress, you easily return
to the discipline.
But stress throws discipline out the window
because it seeks release through an outlet--and often the outlet is
gluttony--if not fits of anger, then shopping or eating--or all of the above.
Familiar? Worse, stress wrecks the balancing act of the body, especially the
fat burning aspect. So you can't stop eating and your body can't stop storing
fat.
Well, stress sometimes also burns too much fat.
It results to either this or slow metabolism. Stress can make you lose your
appetite and make your body burn fat fast. This surely leads to weight loss,
but the kind that wrecks health and makes you look old and miserable--the kind
you surely won't like. Between the two, I'd rather be fat.
Just remember--stress more, eat more, weigh
more. But stress less, eat less, weight less.
To stress less, consider the following:
- Don't take things too seriously.
- Look for something to laugh about.
- Don't let anything or anyone upset or irritate you.
- Don't be offended. Don't take anything personal even if
it's personal.
- Even if you have to work harder, enjoy your work.
- Try to look for a way to enjoy even folks you don't
enjoy being with.
- Get enough rest and sleep.
- Drink lots of water--and enjoy doing it.
- Eat delicious healthy foods.
- Read lots of good books.
- Enjoy your family.
- Last but not least, have an enjoyable relationship with God.
In Good Health But Unhealthy
Is it
possible? Be “in good health” but still be unhealthy? Believe me, there are
lots of folks like this. They’re too particular about their blood chem
levels—if they have normal blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, potassium,
sodium, normal this and that, etc.—which is good. But doing it too much makes them end up unhealthy.
What they do
is avoid a lot of food, period--and almost eat nothing except water and some
tasteless light soup. Well, that may give them lower blood chem results and probably
make them lose weight. And the doctor may pronounce them “healthy” with that for some time. Problem
is, they become too weak later and easily susceptible to infection, easily catching cold and fever.
You can have
your blood chem all normal and still have weak immune system if you don’t eat
right. The good news is, you can eat
right and still normalize everything, even boost your immune defenses—and be
strong enough to do some workouts, too, to get fit. That’s really being “in good
health.” You just have to know what to do and what to eat.
It’s really
all so simple. First off, watch your salt and fat intake. You need a little
salt and fat to be in normal health. Then, avoid sugar—anyway, food turns to
sugar inside your body. Make sure food you eat are prepared observing the
above. Consult your doctor and nutritionist for this. Then eat everything
fresh—no processed or recycled leftover food.
Well,
sometimes, even with careful observance of the above, you still get too much of
this and that--especially if you often eat out. This is why you need to supplement. Natural supplements like
non-acidic Vitamin C greatly aid your body repair, balance things and naturally
get rid of what harms your body. Maintenance medicine does not balance things
in your body or get rid of harmful things. All they do is patch-up temporary
repairs (and sometimes unreliably at that), often living behind harmful and
toxic residues that eventually make matters worse.
If you take
natural health supplements with your maintenance, you can safely eat anything
in healthy amounts. Just eat. No need to starve or limit yourself to water and
light soups with some veggies—most cooked veggies lose much of their nutrients
anyway. You can effect a no-diet slim and normal test result without
sacrificing on food quality and enjoyment. Just eat—and take the right health
supplements, like Vital C which is
purely alkaline and non-acidic Vitamin C.
And of
course, do everything with your medical doctor’s approval.
Spirit is Willing But the Flesh is Weak: How to Strengthen the Flesh
When Jesus' disciples were too sleepy to pray for an hour, Jesus told them the problem--the spirit was willing but the flesh was weak. In one sense (from a spiritual point of view), to empower your spirit you have to starve your flesh. Weak flesh cannot get in the way of an obedient spirit. For instance, you have to stop feeding the cravings of your flesh so your spirit can assert itself, do God's will, and control the flesh.
But in another sense, weak physical flesh can also get in the way of what the spirit wants to achieve for God. And in Jesus' and the disciples' case then, it was a body unable to pray due to physical exhaustion. In this sense then, a weak flesh hampering the spirit. So we have to empower the flesh or the body, which means empowering health, not fleshly cravings.
Here is where workouts, nutrition, and supplements come in. We have to take care of our bodies so our bodies can obey God.
Obesity or being overweight can make you feel tired easily. Obesity can be a big hindrance to doing God's will. Sometimes, it can even make you lazy when you need to keep moving. No-diet slim can then be a tool for helping you obey God. With good health and the right weight, you can pray more--you can worship God more and meditate the Word of God longer without feeling exhausted at once.
Another issue here is money. In a sense, money can be part of the term "flesh." Without money, your flesh is weak to obey God. Even Jesus needed money to obey God's will. Nothing is bad about money--it's the love for money that is a root of all evil, says the bible. And in a practical sense, you need money for health because you need to buy fitness equipment, healthy food, and the right health supplements.
No Diet Slim wants to help you solve problems like the above so your spirit can be willing to do God's plan for your life without your weak flesh getting in the way. These Snacks are Super When Overstressed
Quick Chow to Help You Cope with Stress
People tend to either eat a lot or eat too little when too stressed out. It's during times of difficulties that you need to know what to eat when too stressed because reserved strength, physical and mental, has lots to do with coping emotionally. Don't succumb to appetite loss or overeating. Eat snacks.
But understand that it's in these times that we need more good nutrition, not just any food. So, we should eat more. Forget about diets---just eat. We don't need to eat a lot, but we need nutritious food. The more we will be able to cope well and think accurately and decide correctly if we load up with nutritious food, feeding our brains and bodies with nutrients for coping up well.
What to Eat
Snacks are enough. What to eat when too stressed? Opt for nutritious food easy to cook and eat. Try boiled eggs, lettuce, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh milk, (real) tuna sandwich, or any dish with fish and fresh veggies. Fish with omega-3 fatty acids, like sardines, can help your cardiovascular system remain calm. I mean, the fresh type of sardines, not the canned ones.
Go slow on carbohydrates because too much of it doesn't help mind alertness, though you need some for energy. During tight situations, you need to be active and do physical activities, like run here and there or carry heavy things. Eat more protein like fish, eggs and chicken. Pork and beef, well, if you feel like it, why not. Pwede na din. Do take plenty of plant-base proteins, like tofu, soy milk, or string beans.
What I love eating when stressed is white cheese in bread. I love white cheese made from goat's milk and brown wheat bread. You have enough carbs with that and good source of protein. But you cannot have them ready all the time, especially in times of emergencies. But you can keep some carabao milk in bottles in the fridge, and carabao milk is easily available in major groceries today.
Readily available nutritious food are soy bean curd (or taho with brown sugar syrup) which you can buy from taho vendors almost anywhere and anytime in Manila. Boiled eggs are also sold in small store stalls in some streets, and fresh milk in packs are plenty in convenience stores. Perhaps real tuna sandwich with green veggies. Eat them when you're in too much stress.

And yes, I'd recommend apples, bananas and avocado. They're easily available in most places, too, especially bananas. If you opt for a nutricious cup of yogurt, buy the unflavored and unsweetened ones. Eat less or sugar-free food when overstressed. They cause inflammation which makes stress doubly dangerous. Avoid "sugar-free" products that use artificial sweeteners. And definitely no sodas, sweet coffee or softdrinks. Settle with clean, pure water.
Working Out During Typhoons
Neutralizing Free Radical Damage Due to Stress
Yesterday we were struck by a signal number 3 typhoon. It was a direct hit. For those of you not living in the Manila, signal number 3 brings 140 to 170 kph winds near the center. The whistling (or was it buzzing) wind sounded scary and swayed big trees unbelievably. Now, during such typhoons, can you still workout?
In my case, I decided to evacuate our house and seek refuge at my sister's house which was lower and protected by the higher houses around it. My house has a second floor so we felt the rage of the winds so pronouncedly that I decided we had to stay on lower grounds. Evacuating like that in the middle of a powerful typhoon is like working out--you run here and there, carry things, go back and fort, do balancing acts, and keep alert for flying pieces of roof metal sheets.
I thank God for enabling me to regularly workout. That helps you a lot during emergencies when you need to have physical, mental, and emotional strength to cope up with the situation each exciting moment, and especially stay alert and quick to decide and move into action. Without being physically, mentally, and emotionally fit you'd probably just watch things happen to you and end up a victim.
Well, when the typhoon weakened, I managed to do some workouts, like do some isometrics. I took enough Vital-C, too. Workout and Vitamin C can counter the stress you go through, and during emergencies like typhoons, you suffer a lot of stress though you may not realize it. After all that, you need to rest and relax and find something to enjoy or be happy about. Taking non-acidic Vitamin C like Vital-C and working out a little would help fight stress. That would control free radical damage in you.
During the typhoon when we and other clan members sought refuge in my sister's house, I started sharing funny stories while we were huddled together in a room, waiting for the typhoon to subside. Well, before that, I and my family prayed. Things like these--prayer, laughter, and light or comforting conversations--are needed during stressful situations to neutralize negative emotions that can eventually lead to health damage. This, too, is how to you can be "working out" during typhoons.

Walk Fast Everywhere You Go
Another cause of excess weight gain today is people's dislike for walking, and especially walking fast. For instance, in Manila, you'd see folks riding tricycles and pedicabs for traveling short distances. They ride public jeeps and want to be dropped at the very exact place they want to, not an inch further or an inch short.
However, if you always walk fast (and I mean walk fast), you have better chances of burning more calories. Look at this--generally, a 150-pound guy walking at a speed rate of 2 to 3 and a half miles each hour burns something like 80 calories a mile. The heavier you are doing this, walking faster, the more calories you burn. If you make it a habit to walk that fast wherever you go--and not just during your walking workouts--you'd lose more weight and stay slim even with zero diet.
With the kind of fast food and fancy drinks they take today, they need to always walk and walk fast. And that's another problem I just mentioned--there's a lot of fast food around but so little fast walking going on. Most times, this alone causes all the obesity, terrible weight gain, and ailments that happens. And we don't realize that all it usually takes is to walk more often, and faster.
Don't walk fast only during your brisk walk sessions. Walk fast each time you walk--on corridors, sidewalks, in malls, going to and from rooms or corners in your house or office, going to the street-corner store, etc.
Take as fewer rides as possible when going places. If it's reachable by walking--or climbing up stairs--always do so.
What's Worse than Fatty Food? (Fatty Life)
We have to watch out our intake of fatty food. However, fatty food isn't our worse nightmare health-wise. You know what is? You guessed it--"fatty life."
What's a "fatty life"? It's a life surrounded (or clogged) by stuff we call "good things" in life--entertainment, material possessions, night life, noisy parties or music, ego-tripping, self-importance, things that make us popular or recognized or appreciated, competition or proving ourselves better than the rest, and the like. These things "fatten" us up emotionally and mentally and destroy us.
If fatty food gives us unhealthy fat deposits around the waist, in the blood vessels, and around internal organs so that we risk getting deadly cardiovascular and blood pressure ailments (even diabetes), a fatty life also endangers the seldom noticed psychological and emotional "debilitating" diseases that rot human character like gangrene.
Factors that contribute to a fatty life--the "good things" mentioned above--are all sweet and delicious to the ego taste buds. These are psychological fatty and carbo diets that "bloat" us and store unneeded fat in our minds and emotions so that we have conceited images of ourselves and eventually make us arrogant and boastful of our "achievements." We often see this in "successful" network marketers and networking companies. And there seems to be no supplement to remedy this.
Worse, people afflicted often do not notice this and so are those who admire them.
A fat guy who loves eating, I can stand. But a guy with a fatty life? That's why a lot of health supplement companies doing network marketing suffer downtrends in sales sooner or later because people get tired of their ego-bloating images. So remember--the effects of fatty food can be good business but the effects of a fatty life kills it.

I'm Created to be Fat
Obesity, and health in general, is really a choice, except for those with hormonal balance problems that cause uncontrollable obesity or those with Cushing's Syndrome as well as those experiencing menopause. Yet, there are remedies even for uncontrollable obesity. And, to be sure, almost everyone can be fit and trim with choice [not fantasy]. And you cannot point to God as the author of your obesity. No one is created to be fat.
Resigned to Being Obese
I've met lots of people who are resigned to being fat. They know it's unhealthy but they do nothing about it. They just eat as usual. Others know there are weight loss supplements around that can help them, but they refuse to spend even a cent to be fit and trim--and think they're being wise. It's just a waste of money to them. However, when debilitating disease sets in due to obesity, they spend lots of money, just the same, for the cure--if there's any.
Deadly diseases set in by obesity [cancers, diabetes, inflammation, heart diseases, and hypertension] can be prevented, and in fact obesity prevention is the best defense against such ailments. However, as long as some people still feel okay, they will never give in to buying and taking health and weight loss supplements. They feel the same way about workouts. They just tell themselves, "I'm created to be fat."
Good News!
The good news is, no one is created to be fat. God wants all of us to be healthy. It's his will stated in 3 John 2 in the bible. In addition, he said that anyone who destroys God's temple [which is our bodies], God will destroy him or her. Obesity destroys the body, and if you ignore it, you willingly destroy your body. Moreover, the bible is quite particular about what we eat. So, start planning seriously to become fit and trim. I'm pretty sure, it's God's will for you. You don't have to pray and ask him if it is.
I'm Trying the Best I can But I'm Still Fat
Well, some body metabolisms are slow, like my wife's. They take weight loss supplements, workout, and still remain fat or a bit off their ideal weight, like my wife is. What are they going to do? Simple--continue taking weight loss supps, diet, and workout. Not at all starvation diets, or replacement diets. Just balanced diets. No Diet Slim supports balanced diets. When we say observe a diet, we mean balanced. Eat all you want as long as it's balanced. Better yet, forget about diets and take Vital-C sodium ascorbate and OpTRIMax plums regularly.
Fitness and health is a lifetime endeavor. So don't say you've been dieting and working out but nothing seems to work. You cannot eat for a week and say you'll never get hungry again. You will. Don't you eat for health? Thus, health and fitness is also a lifetime work. If you're not yet fit and trim today, just go on. You will, in the end, if you don't give up. The bible says, God rewards prudence.
What Do I Do with My Slow Metabolism
To hasten up your metabolism a bit, you need to be active and take more proteins. Aside from your workouts, be active the whole day. How? For instance, take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Walk to your home instead of taking cabs or tricycles to be dropped off right at your doorstep so you won't have to walk. Don't get that bad habit. When getting off buses or jeeps, get off about a corner away from your actual getting off point. Then walk to it. Walk, walk, walk. Take stair-climbing breaks at the office.
Then take more proteins. Drink non fat milk, soya milk, eat tofu and lean meat and fish, and then cut down on carbo. I didn't say eliminate carbos. I said cut down.
Finally, work on having lean muscles. Lean muscles burn fats more. More proteins and more workout repetitions equal lean muscles. If you do dumbbells, go for lighter weights and more than 10 reps than too heavy weights and 10 repetitions. Now, the best thing is to supplement all these with regular Vital-C and OpTRIMax Plum Delite. They help a lot in increasing body metabolism due to its dietary fibers, fat burners, and fat blockers. The action of green tea and Pu Erh tea ensures this result. OpTRIMax plums plus diet and exercise help hasten your body metabolism and speed up weight loss. Vital-C sodium ascorbate aids in fat burring and enhances metabolism.
Remember, no one is created to be fat. God wants you to be healthy, fit, and trim. If he wants it for you, it can happen to you. To buy Vital-C and Optrimax Plums, just comment below.
They'd Grown Comfy with Constipation
Naturally, the more clogged and rotten wastes that have collected in your colon, the more your bowel movement has to flush out wastes [though it's not loose bowel movement], and the more often. Well, by all means, I'd rather have that than have poisonous rotten feces collect in my colon and produce toxic juices there that would eventually go to other body organs and poison them, too, resulting to deadly diseases someday. But some folks are uncomfortable about this after they take their first OpTRIMax Plum Delite. Then they stop taking it and would have the cleansing and detox process stopped.
I understand the "strange" process going on, which is actually the normal way a healthy digestive system and colon work. You eat 3 times a day, you should eliminate wastes also thee times a day. It's logical. But this healthy bowel movement frequency has become a strange thing because lots of people are used to having irregular bowel movement [moving their bowels less than 2 or 3 times a day], or sometimes producing little bowel movement production. To them that has become normal. They don't realize that normal is when they move their bowels 2 to 3 times a day.
Thus, after taking their first OpTRIMax plum, they feel scared and tell me they want to stop it. Fortunately, they also decide to just finish the box they bought from me and then buy no more. But after finishing the 10 plums in the box, they feel and see the difference and decide to go on ordering OpTRIMax Plum Delite from me. They lose weight and belly fat in the long run [most of them see this starting after their first week], feel light in the stomach, and feel more energetic and healthier!
Don't think it strange that you eliminate wastes too much and more often after taking your first few plums. You have been storing those black, foul, wicked-looking things in your intestines and colon [plus the fat] for so long and OpTRIMax Plum Delite got rid of them for you. They've been stubbornly sticking to the walls and causing devastating clogging that causes harm to other body organs in the long run, aside from destroying your colon. Remember, 95% of deadly diseases begin in the colon. With OpTRIMax Plum Delite, thank God yo have been set free of rotting colon debris!
Don't get comfy with constipation, or removing wastes from your bowel every other day or just 3 times a week. That's not normal. And don't get uneasy with regular and productive bowel movement. That's the normal digestion and colon function that leads to overall health! To buy Vital-C and OpTRIMax Plum Delite just comment below!
